User status profile is used to control user statuses

A business transaction is not a static object, but it has its own life cycle, which starts when it is opened and ends when it is completed. During this time, your business, partners and introducers can change the status of the lead. For example a pending lead could be changed to; accepted, pack out, call back, rejected and much more.

Each lead processed on your selected campaign will be shown on the Interactive Dashboard and an status update can be chosen by your partners and introducers . Status that you set can create additional information to the existing system status. You define a lead status in a status profile that is customized for your business transactions.

You can define and activate as many lead statuses as you wish as well as use the template statuses that are already on the Krypton Power CRM.
